Ingredients
3-4 carrots
2-3 potatoes
1/2 head cauliflower
2 onions
2 peppers
tomatoes 2
2-3 fresh zucchini
1 eggplant
50 ml sunflower oil
5 -6 peppercorns
savory
parsley
salt
Method
Cut all vegetables in large pieces. Pre sauté onions and carrots until tender. Arrange all the vegetables in a fireproof container in which the dish will be served. Add the oil, 1 cup (200 ml) lightly heated water, black pepper and savory. Bake in a hot oven. Once removed sprinkle with chopped parsley. Optional still warm stew can be sprinkled with crumbled feta cheese.

is all the more delicious if you add okra (200 g), green beans (100g) without cauliflower (pulps are) without water, plus 50 ml oil and bake in a moderate oven for at least 3 hours fireproof container tightly closed.

is great as suggested by Jaures, although in the pan well.
