Gyuvetch fish - I type

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
100 g butter
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
1/2 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
6-7 (300 g) peppers
1-2 chili peppers
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
6-7 (600 g) potatoes
1 lemon
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion and tomato puree are smothered in the butter, sprinkle with paprika, mixed, and poured over water or fish broth. To the resulting sauce after boiling were added coarsely chopped peppers, diced potatoes, Hot peppers, rice and salt to taste. When the rice is tender, add chopped tomatoes. Top ranks fish, pre-cleaned, washed, cut into portions and salted. The dish is baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with squeezed lemon juice and bake again until the fat remains. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
