Gyuvetch fish - II type

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 lemon
1/4 cup (50 g) of crushed and sieved biscuit
pepper
allspice
bay leaf
salt
Method
Fish after clean and wash, add salt and let stand 30 minutes. Onion (onion and garlic) is cleaned and cut into thin slices, then put in a pot or pan with spices. Top rank fish to each other (without heads), watered with oil and sprinkle with biscuits. The dish is baked in a medium high heat. Serve cold as top watered with lemon juice.
