Gyuvetch potatoes

Ingredients
1,5 kg potatoes
60 g fat
3-4 onions
3 green peppers
tomatoes 4
1 bunch parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Sgoreshtyava is fat and it is put chopped onions, to which, as they begin to redden, add a little paprika. Peel potatoes, washed and cut into rings. In a pot or pan pour potatoes and roasted onions, stir and top cut peppers, tomatoes and parsley. Add salt to taste, stir again and the dish is baked in a moderate oven until potatoes are golden brown.
