Method
Sgoreshtyava is fat and her fry chopped onion. Pour into the pan and add wash the rice, salt, red pepper, stir and add chopped tomatoes and peppers. Again, stir, add 3 cups (600 ml) hot water and dish bake in a moderate oven. Once baked, sprinkle with a little pepper.
