Ingredients
200 g potatoes
1 onion
40 g lard
1 muffin
50 g sausage
soup
parsley
salt
Method
In lard fry the chopped onion and the chopped peeled potatoes , add the broth, cut into pieces muffin, add salt and boil until potatoes are soft. The soup is pressed, add the chopped sausage and parsley.

I can not understand what is this muffin ?!
Well, they do not want the starch only come from potatoes. I guess a few slices of fluffy bread will do the same job.
