Haidushki kebab - I type

Ingredients
1 kg lamb from the front with the bones
1/2 cup (100 g) fat
4-5 heads (250 g) onion
6-7 (500 g) of potatoes
4-5 (500 g) peppers
1 cup (200 g) fresh mushrooms
5-6 (500 g) red tomatoes
1 head of garlic
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
6-7 peppercorns
parsley
dill
savory
salt
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in 3/4 of the oil with chopped onion. When the onions soften, add half the tomatoes, chopped, and sauté until the water evaporates. Then add the flour, paprika, a little broth or hot water, black pepper and cloves of peeled garlic. Dish add salt and put in the oven. When the meat is tender, add chopped into large cubes potatoes, clean the seed and coarsely chopped peppers and pre-steamed mushrooms in the remaining oil. Finally add the remaining tomatoes, cut into circles. Dish bake another 15 minutes. Before removing it from the oven, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, dill and savory.
