Ingredients
1.3 kg of hake or silver hake
100 g butter
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
600 g red tomatoes
2 heads of garlic
80 g flour
1 lemon
salt
Method
The cleaned fish cut into portions, salted and add some in flour, fry in strongly heated sunflower oil. Fish fry pour sauce sliced and pre-fried in butter red tomatoes, garlic and parsley. Serve garnished with boiled potatoes and acidified with lemon juice.
