Ham sauce

Ingredients
300 g ham
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp flour
1 cup wine
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp cream
1/2 tsp pepper
little grated nutmeg
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Ham cut into strips and fry in the oil. Take it out and put in a warm place. In the same oil fry the flour. Dilute with wine and a little water. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Leave on low heat until thickened. Place a ham and butter. Get out of the heat and put cream and crushed garlic.
