Ingredients
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
3/4 cup milk
6 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

Method
The ingredients are mixed in the order in which they are granted (high heat). Leave on low heat, stirring often - to thicken. Pour into a tray and allowed to cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve with pineapple chunks and macadamia nuts (optional).
