Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
150 g butter
2-3 (200 g) peppers
3-4 (300 g) tomatoes
4-5 heads (350 g) onion
1 / 2 cup (100 g) rice
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper

salt
Method
Chicken is cleaned and washed, then cut into pieces, then fry in fat until golden coloring . Add consecutively and stew under continuous Shuffle chopped onion and finely chopped peppers and peeled tomatoes. Finally, put the red pepper and salt to taste. Pour 2-3 cups hot water and dish boil on medium heat until meat is tender. Pour into clean stew with rice. If necessary make a little hot water. Bake in a moderately hot oven. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley and the pepper.
