Holiday home layered cake

Ingredients
# For the base:
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
cocoa
# For the cream:
60 g creamer (1 packet)
1 cup milk
1 cup powdered sugar
# For the syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
# To decorate and garnish:
fruits optional
chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling

Method
Egg whites and sugar is broken down to form a solid snow. Add yolks and beaten. In the flour and baking powder put gradually pour in the eggs. The resulting homogeneous mixture was divided into 2 equal parts. One of them to add 1-2 tbsp cocoa coloring. Bake 2 to the base, such as when each is ready and cooled syrup syrup. Creamy cream is prepared by pouring in court creamer, sugar and milk. Beating to obtain a homogeneous mixture, so that, looking back court, the finished cream can not be poured. The bases stick with cream and cream smeared and top with it. Between the bases and the top of the cake can be decorated with different fruits - banana slices, strawberry halves and others. cake can be syrup and juice compote - Apricot example becomes very tasty, and the fruits are placed between the latter must. And if you put a little rum or brandy in syrup ... it fantastic. Everything is a matter of taste.

I'm going to make it tomorrow and it decorated with marzipan. It seems easy and delicious.
