Ingredients
1 kg of sugar
500 ml glucose
6 egg whites
walnuts or peanuts
Method
Sugar 1 cup incomplete Boil water and sugar syrup until crystallized. Takes the mixture from the heat and after 5 minutes add the beaten egg whites. Stir in the same direction to give a uniform mixture. Pour the finished halvah white plastic box, pre-bathed with cold water. Top rank nuts. Store in a cool place.
