Homemade chutney

Ingredients
5 kg red peppers (sweet pepper)
4,5 kg tomatoes
1,5 kg potatoes
1 kg carrots
600 g onion
200 g garlic
60 g of red hot peppers
1,2 l sunflower oil
80 g salt

Method
Kapil cleaned of seeds, blanched for 2-3 minutes in boiling water and immediately cooled with cold water, crushed in a meat grinder. Tomatoes are peeled and grated. Cook potatoes, peel and grind in a meat grinder. Blanched carrots 3-4 minutes in boiling water and immediately cooled, ground in a meat grinder and gently fry. Grind the onion and lightly fry. Garlic and parsley finely. Minced meat tomatoes are placed in the pan and thicken the fire, constantly stirring, until reduced to 2/3 volume. To these are added other products. The mixture was stirred well. Bring to the boil and is ready. The hot mixture is filled into pre-warmed jars, which were sterilized for 40 minutes.

Great chutney! Can be used to spice beans becomes very tasty.

Potatoes in chutney is a great inspiration:-)I not to meddle with hours wring tomatoes in a strainer or colander. Dilute the juice with your vodka:-)

Peppers is also nice to be peeled, not just tomatoes.
