Homemade puff baklava

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
2 cup ground walnuts
1-2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 vanilla
# For the syrup:
3-4 cup sugar
3-4 cup water
1 vanilla

Method
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add to ground walnuts and stir until a homogeneous mixture. Spread the puff dough on the table and divided into two to obtain two rectangles. In the middle of each of the rectangles is partitioned from the resulting mixture along the length of the rectangle and the dough is screwed into a roll. Finished two rolls are cut into small rolls. Bake in preheated oven at maximum temperature taking care not to burn on top. Ready to syrupy baklava with syrup made from sugar water and vanilla. Remain to be soaked baklava. Consumed the next day.

Well done, great looks, I endured incredible failure of a similar recipe with puff pastry and dough because it obviously was not good, I bought some imported due to lack of our Bella :(

kalinka4466, although I did not make it, in my opinion. Cold baklava to pour hot syrup. I, I would not lubrication yolk. Good luck and write what has been achieved as a final result! :)
