Hominy egg tray

Ingredients
500 g of polenta balls
100 g butter
3/4 cup (150 g) feta cheese
2 eggs
3 and 1/2 cup (750 g) yogurt
Method
Eggs are stirred gently and place in a pan greased with butter. On them with a wooden spoon dipped in butter, put hominy and spread to a thickness of no more than 2 cm. Watered fried with butter and sprinkle with grated feta cheese (salted or cottage cheese). Bake in the oven for and served warm with yogurt.
