Horticultural soup

Ingredients
1 handful (250 g) green beans
6-7 (350 g) peppers
5-6 (300 g) tomatoes
5-6 (300 g) potatoes
3 heads (150 g) onion
6-8 green plums or damsons
mint
savory
parsley
salt

Method
Onions, sliced, and green beans, cut into pieces, placed in a container with 6 cups boiling salted water and cook. After 15-20 minutes add the potatoes, cut into cubes, pepper, sliced, peeled and chopped tomatoes, wild plums and mint. When the broth uvri, it put a sprig savory, and then downloading it from the fire add chopped parsley. Serve cold.

I add a small diced zucchini, a little shredded cabbage 1/3 cup even peas! Years ago, this soup made her my father and many of our guests remember it. Now I prepare and I say - soup Daddy!
