Hungarian salad

Ingredients
250 g skinless sausages
1 onion
5 pickles
1/3 cup tomato paste
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 lettuce - curly
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
Method
The skinless sausages and pickles cut into strips lengthwise. Onions and parsley finely chopped. Arrange on lettuce leaves in a suitable dish. Tomato paste diluted with a little water, seasoned with the oil, salt, sugar and pepper. With this mixture, pour the salad. Top decorated with sliced ​​julienne salad.
