Imposed banitsa cheese

Ingredients
750 g flour
125 g butter
egg 1
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup lukewarm water
# For the filling:
2 eggs
200 g cheese
Method
Sifted flour Pour into a bowl and do well in which poured the oil, vinegar, salt, egg and water and a soft paste, placing the pores. Leave it in a cool place for about 20 minutes. Divide dough into 3 parts, each doing 7-8 balls, Roll size of a tea saucer. Greased each crust with butter and glued them in piles 3 7-8 peel. We leave them to harden the butter for about 20 minutes. Take the first Kupchan and Roll crust size of the tray, making sure the edges are thin. Divide the filling of two parts and the first part carefully spread on the bottom crust. Roll out the other then peel and again put the filling. On the third and final crust only put butter and bake in a hot oven first, then 180 C for about 30 minutes.

A yeast will not

Diana, the recipe is not mine, but I venture to answer you. What is obtained is the principle of butertestoto which also inflates without yeast.
