Imposed banitsa ready peel

Ingredients
500 g ready peel
200-300 g feta cheese
125 g butter
200 g yogurt
3 eggs
pinch of salt
vegetable oil
1/2 tsp baking tray

Method
In which you will bake the banitsa, smeared with a mixture of vegetable and cow butter. Insert the first sheet (possibly be removed with a soft brush excess flour) and sprinkle with melted butter. On her rank next wafers by scatter and butter with a mixture of chopped feta cheese and beaten with yogurt (which previously dissolved baking soda) and salt eggs. The top layer sprinkle with butter. The banitsa cut with a sharp knife 8 pieces and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Remove and keep track of the knife to pour remaining butter. Bake for another ten minutes. Sprinkle with a little water and cover with a towel to izprahne. Serve warm.

I tried the recipe. Pie became great.

I am still not rose, but otherwise very tasty.

I do not use butter, only oil and filling put more yogurt and eggs and 1/2 cup water

Banitsa became superb and is very easy to make I recommend it to every amateur chef

I always wondered whether there are people who do not like pie? The recipe is pretty! I used a pastry baked in the hot plate.

Pepi is very delicious pastry! :) No wonder there are people like me who are very fussy and not eat a lot. If I began to enumerate what I eat ... always ask me what I eat because nothing remains. Obache time I learned to eat and pie and many other foods :)
