Italian pasta

Ingredients
400 g macaroni
200 g canned tuna
200 g cream
garlic
oregano
salt
pepper

Method
Boil macaroni in salted water. In a pan fry the garlic and tuna until golden, add the cream and stir until it begins to boil. The mixture is seasoned with oregano and pepper and add to the cooked and drained pasta.

Comments

For Diversity cream can be replaced with tomato sauce!

Tuna fish is dry and will go more with cream sauce and tomato is rather more oily fish like mackerel.
