Ingredients
3-4 potatoes
3 carrots
1/2 cup sterilized peas
5-6 sprat and anchovy
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
4-5 sterilized asparagus
160-200 g mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp white wine or lemon juice
3 tbsp chopped parsley
Method
Potatoes and carrots are cooked and cut into small cubes. Add sliced asparagus, parsley and peas. Mayonnaise diluted with wine and everything goes wrong. Pour into an appropriate dish. Decorate with half boiled eggs, slices of tomatoes and fish.
