Italian salad

Ingredients
3-4 potatoes
3 carrots
1/2 cup sterilized peas
5-6 sprat and anchovy
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
4-5 sterilized asparagus
160-200 g mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp white wine or lemon juice
3 tbsp chopped parsley
Method
Potatoes and carrots are cooked and cut into small cubes. Add sliced ​​asparagus, parsley and peas. Mayonnaise diluted with wine and everything goes wrong. Pour into an appropriate dish. Decorate with half boiled eggs, slices of tomatoes and fish.
