Jam melons

Ingredients
3 kg melons
2 kg of sugar
1 tsp citric acid
2 vanilla

Method
Melons are cleaned of sheet and seeds and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and let stand 8 hours. Then sweet left to simmer. When it thickens add citric acid and vanilla. While still warm, was poured into dry jars.

And you have to boil the jars?

When sweet is packed into jarswarm, then you may not boil.

For more secure them refluxed for 10 minutes.

Well done, Tony! Just in time I saw the recipe! So far I've done melons just jam.

Nelly becomes very nice sweet. Only melons must be ripe but firm. Otherwise the boiling will be banging and become like marmalade.

How I have not seen so far this recipe :(. This year I will do more so at home all love melon.

All sweet prepare them in this way, sprinkle them with sugar and the next day while you drink coffee cake is ready!
