Jam peach - II type

Ingredients
1 kg peaches
1 kg of sugar
2 cup water
1 tsp citric acid
Method
Are selected healthy ripe peaches and hard. Washed with tap water and peel (or a thin blade, or immersed in boiling water, then cooled and peeled). Sectioned into quarters. Prepare sugar syrup, place the fruit in it and boil on low heat first, then strong. The boiling continued until the required density of the syrup. 2-3 minutes before the fire took sweet, add 1 tsp citric acid. The peaches can be placed into the prepared varna water (5 liters of water, 500 g of lime), precipitated and strained to stay 1-2 hours. Then they are washed thoroughly with cold water and boil.

I think the water is very. Became too much syrup and had to sift through. May even without water or very little in nachaloto- fruits will run alone.

Iliana, perhaps peaches you were softer. To afford a syrup, which can be cooked, the water must be greater. Otherwise, there is another option for the preparation of sweet, in which the peaches previously sprinkled with sugar and are kept for several hours. Then place sauce and it is not necessary to put water.
