Jam quinces (grated)

Ingredients
850 g quinces
1 kg of sugar
1 tsp (5 g) tartaric acid
1 liter of water

Method
Juicy ripe quinces Peel and grate rare in boiling sugar syrup. Boil over high heat to thicken the syrup. A solution in hot water tartaric acid and boiling continued for a further 2-3 minutes.

We love our country sweet aromatic quinces. I shred them in a baking dish - 1.5 kg of fruit mix with 1 kg of sugar. Stir well, fill jars and sterilize them one and a half hours. There is no danger of Zagora.

I hate to belabor quinces, but sweet is great. I put a little water (600 ml).
