Jam roses

Ingredients
125 g predefined colors of Rose
1 kg of sugar
1 tsp citric acid
Method
Colors of nice blooming red rose detach from the cup, then cut the white part of the petals. For sweet is the most appropriate butterdayna Kazanlak rose. Wash well. Prepare the syrup of sugar and 1 liter of water and put it in the petals. Sweet boil to the required density of the syrup (sweet is ready when a drop was syrup on cold porcelain dish not spill). Add citric acid and boil for another 4-5 minutes. Remove the cake is packed in dry jars.

This side effect is characteristic of sweet roses.

That is right. Consumed in greater quantity of sweet roses have a laxative effect. But the aroma and taste are unique!
