Jelly cake biscuits

Ingredients
20 biscuits
10 g gelatin
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 vanilla
confectionery paint of your choice
1 ampoule lemon juice

Method
Break the biscuits to be not very large pieces and put in a bowl or saucepan. Separate water and sugar to the boil. Remove from heat, add the gelatin, previously dissolved in a little water, vanilla, paint and essence. Pour the biscuits and leave in refrigerator until it tightens nice. After tightening the court is immersed in warm water and turns on a tray.

really easy cake and I think that may be used compote juice instead of water and sugar, and why not in the fruit cookies.
