Jelly carp

Ingredients
1 carp about 1 kg
2 onions
2-3 peppers
4 eggs
3-4 tomatoes
salt
pepper
1 tsp (5 g) gelatin
Method
Carp cleared , wash and remove the two fillets. Bones, head, milkweed or caviar, cook 1 hour in a little water. Add peppers and tomatoes. Strain broth seasoned with plenty of salt and pepper, pour over the fish pieces and boil on low heat. Cool fish is placed in a deep dish and garnish with 2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into slices, strips of red pepper and milkweed fish or eggs. Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup (100 ml) cold water. Clarification of fish broth 2 egg white is broken down with some water, pour in broth and fought constantly with wire, bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the fire. The pre-soaked gelatine was dissolved, with stirring in the broth. Strain through a cloth and pour over the fish. Place the cold.
