Jelly chocolate cream

Ingredients
3 tbsp cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 liter milk
2 tbsp gelatin
200 g cream
Method
Gelatin was aged 10 minutes in a glass of milk to dissolve. Other products are broken down into a homogeneous mixture, as they were added gelatin. The finished cream is distributed in the cups and placed in a refrigerator to set.
