Jelly Mocha

Ingredients
3-4 tbsp instant coffee
3 tbsp (30 g) sugar
1 vanilla powder
gelatine
1 tbsp (10 ml) liquor
1 tbsp (10 ml), herbal liqueur
1 orange
250 ml cream
Method
500 ml water is placed in a bowl, capped and held for 4 minutes at 600 Deut. Add instant coffee, sugar and vanilla. Gelatin is softened with a little cold water, drained, put it in a bowl and held for 1 1/2 minutes at 180 W without being capped. Mix and added to the mixture with coffee. Add both types of liqueur and stir well. Cup is placed in another larger and filled with ice. Orange is very well washed, dried and grated rind. Cream mix of snow and put half in the refrigerator. The remaining cream mixed with grated peel and added to jelly when it starts to tighten. Four shapes wet and shall distribute jelly. Put it in the refrigerator. Before serving jelly turns into dessert dishes and garnish with cream separated.
