Jelly strawberry pie

Ingredients
150 g biscuits (crushed)
500 g sour cream
250 ml fresh cream
14 g gelatin
5 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla
# To decorate:
strawberries or other fruit of your choice
1 packet of fruit jelly, consistent with the color and taste of the fruit
Method
It is preferable to use a baking dish, but maybe in a normal pan. Put them crushed biscuits to cover the bottom, but not more than 0.5 cm. In a separate bowl mix sour cream and sugar. Separately, mix the cream to a thick foam. Add one to the other mixture and vanilla. Prepare gelatin in 200 ml water, heat, but be careful not to boil and allow the gelatine completely melted. When cool, was added to the creamy mixture. Pour over biscuits and retracts in the refrigerator for about two hours until firm. Clean and cut strawberries (or other fruit). Arranged on the cooled cream. Prepare the jelly according to the instructions and pour the fruit. Put it for another 2 hours in refrigerator.
