Jelly tarator

Ingredients
200 g of yogurt (buffalo, sheep or of your choice)
1 cucumber
5 g gelatin
5-6 drops of lemon juice
salt
pepper
dill
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Peel the cucumber, cut into in small pieces and flavored with black pepper, garlic, the oil, salt and dill. The milk is diluted with 100 ml water and warmed. Soak the gelatin in cold water until they were swollen. Then melted in a water bath. Allow to cool to the temperature of the milk and mixed with it. Add cucumber and seasoned. Mix everything. The mixture was poured into cups and placed in the refrigerator to gel. Before presenting turns into a suitable dish. Decorated with dill twig.
