Jerky with vegetables

Ingredients
5-6 (500 g) potatoes
400 g sheep jerky
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
500 g canned stew or 300 g tomatoes
4-5 (350 g) peppers
1 (200 g) eggplant
2 handfuls (200 g) green beans

salt
Method
Jerky, pre maceration in water, cut into small pieces and boiled. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into slices, then smothered in part of the oil, adding a little water. Add consecutively canned stew, roux, made from the remaining oil, chopped onion, red pepper and biltong. The dish is left to simmer until ready. Finally add the finely chopped parsley. If the dish is prepared with fresh vegetables, they are cut and sauté with a little water and then add the potatoes.
