Ingredients
300 g pork
2 large potatoes
400 g yogurt
1 onion
4-5 cloves garlic
sunflower oil
vinegar
red pepper, black pepper, salt
Method
Parsley potatoes cut into thin strips and fry. Separately, mix the yogurt, crushed garlic, salt, sunflower oil, vinegar to taste and stayed two hours. Meat chopped fry with onions. Once tender put red pepper, black pepper, salt, a little water and stew until ready. Serve on a plate - bottom fried potatoes, pour the sauce on top meat. Sprinkle with parsley.
