Juicy pork chops

Ingredients
6 pork chops
250 g mushrooms
3 carrots
3 pickles
1/3 cup wine
1 cube chicken broth
flour
salt
pepper
cumin
Method
Chops are crushed, seasoned with salt, pepper and cumin, rolled in flour and fry in heated sunflower oil. Arrange in a saucepan with glass lid, alternating steak and shredded mushrooms, pickles and carrots. Pour hot chicken broth and wine. Serve stew in a moderate oven.
