Kadan gyubek (Inzhir-baklava)

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
250 g semolina
5 eggs
500 g sugar
1 vanilla
little lemon juice
A little grated lemon peel
50-80 g butter

Method
Fresh milk is put to boil. Stirring constantly, add semolina until it thickens. Remove from heat and cool when added one at a time the eggs, stirring until homogeneous. With buttered hands, form balls the size of an egg and place in greased pan. In the center of each ball is made hole with your finger and put it in a little butter. Bake in the oven until golden. When cool pour hot syrup: 1 liter water + 500 g of sugar is put on the stove. Starting to thicken be removed from the heat and put a little lemon juice and a little grated lemon peel and vanilla. Never flooded with boiling syrup - leave it for 5 minutes to cool!
