Ingredients
700 g pork boneless
4 onions or leeks 2
8-10 potatoes
1 chili pepper
1 cup red wine
pepper
salt
2 tbsp lard
bay leaf
Method
The meat is hammered and cut into small pieces. Put it in a bowl sprinkle with salt and pepper, add chopped hot pepper bay leaf and pour the wine. Court capped or covered with a damp cloth and leave to cool overnight. The next day some of the meat is placed in a pan over it again and cut potatoes meat. Put meat on onions or leeks lightly salted and crushed by hand and pour the sauce left over from the marinade. Wind up with foil and bake about 40 minutes.
