Ingredients
2 bunches spring onions
200 g peas
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
tomatoes 3
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp flour
200 g feta cheese
5-6 sprigs of parsley
# For TOPPING:
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
30 g butter
Method
Chop the onion finely and fry in sunflower oil. Add sliced julienne peppers, peas, tomatoes, flour and paprika. Mix well, put it crumbled feta cheese, pour into pan and pour water to cover them. Bake in a moderate oven until ready. Pour a mixture of beaten eggs in yoghurt. Top put small lumps butter and bake again just upper wire, slightly red. Optional is served with yogurt.
