Karakachanski stew

Ingredients
2 bunches spring onions
200 g peas
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
tomatoes 3
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp flour
200 g feta cheese
5-6 sprigs of parsley
# For TOPPING:
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
30 g butter
Method
Chop the onion finely and fry in sunflower oil. Add sliced ​​julienne peppers, peas, tomatoes, flour and paprika. Mix well, put it crumbled feta cheese, pour into pan and pour water to cover them. Bake in a moderate oven until ready. Pour a mixture of beaten eggs in yoghurt. Top put small lumps butter and bake again just upper wire, slightly red. Optional is served with yogurt.
