Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
2 and 1/2 cup (500 ml) of water
250 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) feta cheese
500 g yogurt
salt
Method
Of flour, water and a little salt is kneaded dough Banichan. After staying a little, the dough is rolled into thin sheets.
