Kavarma kebab pork

Ingredients
800 g pork meat - boneless leg
7-8 peppers
5 tomatoes
3 large onions
salt
pepper
bay leaf
hot pepper
1 cup white wine
sunflower oil

Method
Cut the meat into small pieces. Peppers and tomatoes cut into chunks and onions crescents and divided. Meat fry. Successively added to it onions and chopped vegetables. Fry to evaporation of water. Seasoned with salt and pepper, bay leaf and whole chili pepper, adding a glass of white wine and leave for a little more fire.

I do it with leek - around 500-600, the Becomes really very tasty dish.

I put a few cloves of garlic purposes.
