Kavarma in Kyustendil

Ingredients
750 g pork
50 g (2-3 tbsp) pork lard
10-12 (1 kg) of pickled peppers
3-4 sprigs (400 g) leek
1 tsp ( 5 g) red pepper
5 eggs

salt
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces, fry in fat and subtract. In the same fat, sauté the peppers, previously soaked in cold water and cut into pieces, and then - leeks, sliced. When the vegetables are soft, add the red pepper, meat, pepper and salt to taste. Dish stir and pour the beaten eggs. Boil on low heat until thickening eggs or bake in the oven for a bit.
