750 g pork
50 g (2-3 tbsp) pork lard
10-12 (1 kg) of pickled peppers
3-4 sprigs (400 g) leek
1 tsp ( 5 g) red pepper
Cut the meat into small pieces, fry in fat and subtract. In the same fat, sauté the peppers, previously soaked in cold water and cut into pieces, and then - leeks, sliced.
