Kavarma pork

Ingredients
700-800 g pork meat without bones
2 tbsp pork lard or butter
2 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
4-5 leeks
1 chili pepper
1/3 pm .ch. red wine
salt
Method
Cut the meat into cubes, add salt and fry in lard. Add chopped leeks in rings and fry until soft. Add tomato paste, red pepper spicy pepper and wine. The dish simmer for ten minutes. Serve immediately with pickles.
