Kebab Shopski

Ingredients
1 kg pork
1/2 cup (10 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (10 g) tomato paste
5 chili peppers
2-3 heads (200 g) onion
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
2 eggs
parsley
savory
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is cleaned from the bones and cut into small pieces are sprinkled with salt and pepper and strung on skewers 5-6, as between them put a piece of spicy pepper. Thus prepared skewers fry lightly in fat, which is then removed in a baking dish. In the same fat stew chopped onion, then add the tomato paste, flour, red pepper and pour hot water or broth. The resulting sauce add salt to taste and after the boil, pour into pan with meat. Pour in beaten eggs with yogurt, sprinkle with savory again and bake 10-15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
