5 cups (1 kg) coarsely ground cornmeal
2 tsp (10 g) salt
100 g butter
1,5 l milk
In salted water heating and gradually pour a little of the cornmeal, stirring with a rolling pin. Polenta boil at least 1 hour, until it thickens and begins to separate from the court. Pour into pre-greased with butter tray and bake in a low oven until browned. Immediately after removing it from the oven cut a thread of bread that, as poizstinat are crushed and are covered with milk.
