Khashnga (stuffed cigars)

Ingredients
200 g filo pastry sheets
160 g canned tuna
100 g 500 g rice or potatoes
200 g mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Rice or potatoes are cooked. Fry onion, put chopped mushrooms and garlic and soften when mixed with rice (potatoes) and fish. Season with spices. Pan banitsa cut into squares. At one end of the filling is placed, screwed to the tube, the ends are glued together with a little water. Fry in more fat.
