Kolacheta

Ingredients
500 g walnuts
2 tbsp (20 g) cocoa
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 cup (200 g) powdered sugar
3-4 drops of lemon or vanilla
1 tsp (5 ml) sunflower oil
Method
Sugar and 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water was boiled to a thick syrup. It flooded ground walnuts, mixed with cocoa. Mix well and leave to cool. Other products and 1/4 cup (50 ml) of water was stirred to a pulp. Cool walnut mixture is formed into a roll with a height of 2 cm and a width of 3.4 cm. Top glaze is applied and smoothed with a knife dipped in cold water. Cuts to "sweets" and kept cool.
