Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
3-4 tbsp flour
# For the filling:
200 g ham
200 g cheese
parsley
pepper
Method
Potatoes Boil in salted water, peel and Strain. Add the salt, the butter, egg and flour. The resulting potato dough is rolled into a sheet, which is cut with a glass circles. Ham cut into small pieces and mix with grated cheese, parsley and pepper. The prepared stuffing is put on half the potato slices and it will bear another potato circle. The ends are pressed and krapfenite fry in strongly heated sunflower oil.
