Ingredients
8-10 croissants
7 eggs
1 liter milk
200-250 g of sugar
2 vanilla

Method
In the pan put 2-3 tablespoons sugar and caramelized on the bottom. Top put sliced ​​croissants. In pot Boil milk, sugar and vanilla over a slow fire. Once the boil add the eggs and stir until the mixture slightly yellowish. Pour the mixture croissants. -Heat the oven to 180C fan. Bake the cake for about 30-35 minutes. Once ready to cool. You can serve it with a little cream and sprinkled with chocolate spread.
