Krokmach - II type

Ingredients
1 liter of sheep's milk
salt
Method
The milk is poured into a deep pot and boil slowly and continuously stir with wooden spoon. Shortly before a return is removed from heat and add salt. Stirring was continued and then, while the boiled milk cooled down. A paste-like mass, which is consumed with bread.

sheep milk prepared so amazing. In Teteven serve it with roasted peppers!

I do know that as a puree. Krokmach kind salad with *puree*, roasted peppers and garlic. Became great.
