Ingredients
250 g sugar
1 cup hot water
Method
Sugar is heated to dry in a metal container on low heat until it melts, darker and begin to emit dense white smoke. Pour water and boil until dissolved formed lumps. Then strain the liquid and boil until thickened syrup for sweet (drop dropped onto the saucer, not to spill). Kulyorat used for coloring creams, ice creams and test. Can be stored for a long time in the refrigerator.
